Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
The DryMark Restoration Bellevue Guarantee
We stand behind every job we do in Bellevue with a signed, written guarantee, not a handshake and a hope. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise means that if something we restored, dried, rebuilt, or cleaned isn’t right, we make it right, period. No runaround, no “that’s not our department,” no invoice for the callback. This is Haven Standard, Clause 3, and it goes on paper before our crew packs up. Since 2011, we’ve restored more than 12,000 homes, and every single one left with a written price agreed upfront and a documented record of what was done. That’s not marketing language. That’s the documentation gap we built this company to close.
Bellevue homeowners deal with enough uncertainty when water’s coming through the ceiling or mold’s spreading behind drywall. Our guarantee exists to remove one layer of that uncertainty: the part where you wonder whether the company you hired will still answer the phone once the check clears.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every restoration phase. Whether we’re running Injectidry hoses through your wall cavities in Bridle Trails or setting up a Phoenix 200MAX dehumidifier in a Crossroads condo, the work is covered for 365 days against defects in execution.
- Parts and material handling. We document what equipment and materials enter your property, and we warrant that everything deployed is appropriate for your specific loss classification under IICRC standards.
- Site cleanup after mitigation. Our crews leave broom-clean work areas, not debris fields. If we removed drywall, we haul it. If we pulled carpet pad, it goes with us. The photo record we deliver shows the condition we left behind.
- On-time arrival for scheduled work. Reconstruction and non-emergency appointments carry a committed arrival window. If we’re running behind, we call before you have to wonder.
- Honest pricing with zero scope creep. Haven Standard, Clause 1: the written price you approve is the price you pay. No additions once work starts, no “we found something else” surprises after the crew is inside.
- Photo documentation on every visit. Every trip to your Bellevue property produces dated, geotagged images that become part of your claim file and your personal record. This is standard, never an upsell.
- Free second opinion on any competitor’s written estimate. Bring us another company’s scope and pricing, and we’ll review it at no charge. We’ve found missing line items, inflated square footage, and mitigation plans that skip necessary drying steps.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our work, here’s what happens. You call (425) 696-6320, and a live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No voicemail tree, no “leave a message and we’ll get back to you.” You describe the issue. We dispatch the same crew lead or a senior technician to your Bellevue property, usually within 24 hours for non-emergency callbacks, same day if the issue is active water or structural concern. They assess. If it’s our fault, we fix it at no charge. If it’s a new, unrelated issue, we explain what we’re seeing and give you a fresh written price before any additional work begins. Haven Standard, Clause 1 applies to callbacks too.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise is a signed guarantee, not a verbal assurance that evaporates when the project manager changes jobs. We keep records. We know what we promised. And we know that in Bellevue’s tight-knit neighborhoods, from Newport Hills to Somerset, reputation travels faster than advertising. One homeowner left unhappy does more damage than a burst supply line. We built this company around documentation because documentation is what turns a promise into something enforceable, for you and for us.
Alicia Brennan, our owner, came out of claims adjusting. She watched homeowners lose coverage fights because the restoration company couldn’t produce moisture logs, couldn’t prove drying was complete, couldn’t document that their work met the standard the insurer required. The Haven Standard was written to prevent that specific failure. Our satisfaction promise extends that logic: if we can’t prove we did it right, we didn’t do it right.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as solid as the company behind it. We’re licensed and insured, with background-checked, uniformed technicians who arrive named and verified. Their license numbers are available on request, not hidden behind a dispatch desk. Insurance and bonding exist so that if something goes seriously wrong, there’s a financial backstop that doesn’t depend on our cash flow that month.
But the real protection is deeper than the policy paperwork. It’s in the daily moisture logs our Dri-Eaz and Phoenix equipment generate, the psychrometric data that proves we dried your structure to specification, the vapor pressure differential readings that document why we placed that Injectidry system in your Lake Hills crawl space instead of just running fans. Tertiary drying, the final phase most companies skip to save money, is where we produce the documentation that turns restoration invoices into payable insurance claims. Without that documentation, your guarantee from us is worthless because your insurer can still deny. We close that gap deliberately, as company policy, on every Bellevue job.
Our equipment is documented to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards not because certifications impress anyone at a dinner party, but because those standards are what adjusters recognize, what courts accept, and what protects you if a claim dispute goes sideways. The Haven Standard was built by someone who sat on the other side of that dispute and watched homeowners lose for lack of paperwork. We don’t let that happen to our customers.
What “365-Day Done Right” Means in Practice

The promise covers workmanship defects, not new damage from a separate cause. If we dry your Enatai basement after a sump pump failure and six months later a new storm overwhelms the same pump, that’s a new loss, not a callback on our work. But if we rebuild a bathroom in Wilburton and the tile grout cracks because the substrate wasn’t prepped correctly, that’s on us. We’ll return, assess, and repair under Clause 3. The photo record from our original visit and the drying logs from our equipment tell the story. We don’t argue with our own documentation.
We also don’t subcontract your guarantee into oblivion. Reconstruction work is performed by our crews or by trades we directly supervise and warrant. If a plumber or electrician is needed, we coordinate, we document their work, and we stand behind the coordination. You don’t get passed between companies with nobody accountable for the handoff.
How to Invoke the Guarantee
Call (425) 696-6320. State your concern. Have your job number ready, though we can find you by address if you don’t. We’ll pull the photo record, the written scope, the equipment logs, and the signed warranty. Then we’ll schedule a return visit and tell you exactly when to expect us. Most callback issues are resolved in one trip. The ones that aren’t, we escalate to Alicia Brennan directly. There’s no layer of management designed to wear you down until you give up. That structure would cost us more in reputation than it saves in labor.
Why We Wrote It This Way

Most restoration companies promise “quality work” and “customer satisfaction.” Those phrases mean nothing until they’re tested. We wrote the Haven Standard in specific clauses because vague promises fail at exactly the moment you need them, when something’s wrong and the company you trusted is ducking your calls. Our live phone coverage exists so you never get voicemail when water is still moving. Our written price requirement exists so you never face a bill you didn’t approve. Our photo documentation exists so there’s proof of what we found and what we did. And our 365-Day Done Right Promise exists because we intend to be in Bellevue long after your job is done, answering the phone if you need us.
That’s the guarantee. It’s on paper, it’s signed, and it’s enforceable. Anything less wouldn’t be worth the ink.
